This role is part of Rio Tinto Human Resources Global Practice that covers four main practice streams; Talent Sourcing, Talent Management, Employee Engagement and Diversity. Within each stream, the practice focuses on the design and development of strategies, standards, systems and processes that have global application for Rio Tinto. Reporting to the Group Advisor Graduate Talent this role will be responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining Rio Tinto's university relations and scholarship strategy. This work will form part of a broader program of work to design and implement Rio Tinto's integrated graduate talent strategy and operating model. Accountabilities of the role include:
The successful candidate will have multiple years of experience working in large organisations and across multiple countries and/or cultures being strongly desired. You will be degree qualified, self motivated and able to engage and influence confidently at all levels of the business. Demonstrated experience in managing, analysing and reporting on data in HR management information systems is essential. Experience in HR business partnering or advisory roles would be an advantage as would being multi-lingual. Applications close 24th of December 2010. |
