Job Description Partner with Regional Vice President of sales and lead the quarterly & bi weekly regional sales volume forecasting process. Understand and explain value flow of sales transactions while interfacing with customers, sales, factory and product marketing to resolve complex configuration and technical changes. Responsible for sales data management within the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database, i.e. customer information, account assignments, funnel management, etc. Manage the customer sales support process related to factory tours, product demonstrations or presentations, new product training, trade shows, field sales support, and pricing issues. Resolve Accounts Receivable issues by identifying problems related to customer equipment turnover and facilitate resolution by getting the appropriate Siemens department involved. Perform data analysis and develop reports (in excel) to monitor regional and zone performance. Responsible for cost center management and variance analysis of budget and forecast to actuals. Assist with zone and regional office administration and ordering of office supplies for sales team. Must be proficient in working with various IT databases such as, but not limited to, SAP, Sh@re (CRM), SRM (for office supplies), CAP (for Compliance), etc. to ensure smooth running of zone and regional activities. A minimum of 5 years of experience supporting a complex sales team from a finance perspective. Experience with an ERP system, SAP is preferred. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience is required. This position will require extended hours during quarter and fiscal year closing periods. |
