Job Description Looking for an energetic person to work in the Clinical Solutions 3rd Level support team (development support), who is willing to drive solutions that meet and exceed our customers expectations. This individual must be a strong team player that loves to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: • To be a passionate customer advocate with a personal committment to "Quality" • Evaluate customer issues and drive to a resolution in a timely manner • Work with development teams based on customer priorities • Contribute to process improvement initiatives • Interface with internal customers (e.g., Developers, Environment Support, Release Management, Account Management) and external customers • Coordinate packaging and delivery of software solution • Provide 3rd level support for customer "Go-Live" events To be considered for this position, the candidate should have: • Database experience (ex. SQL, Oracle, MSAccess) • Software Development experience a plus • Healthcare experience • Excellent written and oral communication skills • Excellent interpersonal skills, with a focus on motivational skills and positive attitude • Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language • Highly self motivated and self directed • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to execute tasks in a high-pressure environment • Very strong customer service orientation • Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment |
