Job Description Chief Technology Officer ( CTO) To be considered for this position, the chosen candidate should have 20+ years experience in IT including direct experiences with various technologies, experience with Service Oriented Architecture Development, seasoned management experience, long range technical planning experience and line management decision making. Proven track record developing and executing strategic initiatives within complex environments Experience in leading teams to deliver new technology innovations based on market needs General Management experiences including P&L ownership, management of managers and large scale staff development Strong understanding of strategic planning techniques and principals Knowledge of technology architecture theories and implementations, technology solutions Experience with IT Systems Architectures, including IT management tools and techniques, Services Oriented Architecture Experience Websphere, Java EE, etc Experience in driving research and innovation based on emerging technologies Experience leading and developing technical teams with Agile methodologies In-depth experience with vendor selection facilitation, management and executive partnering Broad experience in estimating, cost / benefit analysis, ROI, needs analysis, project scheduling, evaluation techniques, etc Experience in application systems and data design and deployment methodologies and techniques, Experience in security and infrastructure design and deployment. Experience in development and deployment of rules and business engines a plus Proven track record managing high performing technical teams in a results oriented environment Ability to manage large-scale strategic and architectural initiatives Strong influencing / negotiation skills Highly collaborative Strong written and verbal communication skills Healthcare Industry knowledge a plus |
