Zip-Pak, an ITW Company is looking for a production team leader. Responsibilities include leadership, support and development of team members, as well as making sure our goals of safety, quality and productivity are met. Previous leadership role in a production setting required. Basic computer skills required. Bachelors degree in a related field preferred. 12 hour night shift with alternating weekends.
