Job Description Sales of energy management solutions to industry, and water/wastewater customers New Account development Follow up and closure of project business from previous energy audits done in the region Must have strong sales experience for industrial in the sales of energy management solutions uickly builds strong partnering relationships with customers' decision makers Manages multiple, ongoing, opportunities particularly focusing on selling of total energy solutions Actively listens, probes and identifies concerns, understands our customers business and talks their language Electrical or mechanical engineering degree or equivalent experience Differentiates Siemens services and solutions from competitors by applying creativity, ingenuity, and innovation in a value added sales approach Effectively utilizes applicable sales tools to plan and document progress as well as increase business volume wihtin an account Effective communication skills pertaining to energy management Ability to communicate with all levels of an organization, senior executives down Clear understanding of energy management software solutions Experience in developing credible value propositions for the technical solution Must have Process Industry knowledge, know how and experience Experience in energy audits, preparation of proposal, payback calculations Understanding of the operation of fans, pumps, compressors, blowers, etc… in regards to energy efficiency and able to perform energy calculations Understanding of power quality issues and their impact to the plant or facility Understanding of load shedding concepts and their implementation Support development of business plans and marketing material Must have technical experience in the area of technical management. |
