The selected candidate will report to the Manager of Customer Analytics. Individuals will be scheduled less than 30 hours per week and must be flexible and available to work different shifts and hours including holidays and weekends. Candidate will answer telephone calls from customers and other Hobart personnel/servicing offices. Individual will accurately enter information into BOSS system, RPA/Antenna Software, and Microsoft Outlook. Responsible for correctly paging Hobart technicians in the field for service calls. Constant contact with internal and external customers. Must be able to display professionalism and use tact on the telephone, via email, and in face-to-face conversations and maintain confidentiality where needed. Assist with ad hoc duties for After Hours, Service Contracts, National Accounts, and other departments as needed. Minimum Qualifications:
